What columns does an import need?

For supplies, only the company name and the MPAN or MPRN. Everything else is optional: company number, site name, address and postcode, fuel, supplier, meter type, annual kWh, contract start and end, unit rate, standing charge, commission rate, product and meter serial.

A row with a contract end date also gets a contract. Download the template from the Import page for the full list with what goes in each column.
