Trial terms

Tarivista is provided by Dicklewick Properties Limited. These terms cover the free trial only.

1. The trial lasts 14 days from sign-up and is free. We do not ask for a card.
2. One trial per person. The person who signs up becomes the owner of the firm's account and is responsible for who they invite.
3. Only load data you are allowed to hold. Your firm stays the controller of its clients' personal data; we process it for you to run the service, and keep it in the UK.
4. At the end of the trial the account closes until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted when it closes.
5. If you do not choose a plan, we keep the firm's data for at least 60 days after the trial ends, and email the owner before we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
6. Do not use the service to send unlawful or unsolicited messages, or try to reach another firm's data.
7. The trial is provided as it is, while we keep improving it. We are not liable for loss of business during a free trial.
