What counts as a supply?
One electricity MPAN or one gas MPRN on file, whatever its contract status.
What counts as a user?
Each person on your staff who can sign in, read-only logins included. Your clients' portal logins are free and unlimited.
What happens if we go over?
Nothing breaks. New users or supplies wait until you add some to your plan or move up a plan.
Can we leave?
Monthly plans stop at the end of the month. Your data is yours: download all of it as spreadsheets whenever you like.
