How we look after your clients' data
Your firm holds data about other businesses and the people in them. This is how Tarivista keeps it apart, who can see it, and what we do when something goes wrong.
Every firm is kept apart in the database
Each firm's records carry the firm they belong to, and the database itself refuses any read or write across that line, whatever the application asks for. Every change to the product runs over seven thousand automated checks that try to reach one firm's data from another, as every kind of user; a change that fails any of them cannot be released.
Your people see what their role allows
Owners, admins, brokers and read-only users each see and change only what their role allows. Your clients see their own companies and nothing of anyone else's. Every change to a record is kept in an audit log your owners and admins can read.
Our support staff see nothing unless you ask
When you ask us for help, our support staff can open your firm read only, for up to an hour, with a reason you can read. Every page they view is logged and shown to your owners and admins. They cannot change anything.
Where data is stored
In data centres in London, encrypted in transit and at rest, with a daily backup. Connecting your own mailbox is coming: once it is connected and we have confirmed it is yours, email to your clients is sent from it.
Drafting with AI
Complaint letters and market updates can be drafted by an AI model for your team to review. Nothing it writes is sent without a person reading it first. What is sent to the model is limited to what the draft needs, and under Anthropic's commercial terms it is not used to train their models.
Telling us about a problem
If you think you have found a security problem, tell us and we will reply within two working days. Please do not test against other firms' accounts. Service status is public.
