Can I import past commission?

Yes. Choose Commission history on the Import page. Each row is one line from a supplier statement: supplier, statement reference and amount, with the MPAN, period and kWh if you have them.

Lines with the same supplier and reference become one statement. A statement you already have is skipped, so importing it again does no harm.
