What if I import the same file twice?

Nothing is added twice. Companies are matched by company number, then by name; supplies by their MPAN or MPRN; contracts by supply and end date. A matching row updates what is there.

Two companies with the same name are never merged. If a name fits more than one of your companies, the row is refused and asks for the company number.
