How do we cancel?

Under Admin, Plan and billing, Invoices and payment details, then Cancel. Your account stays open to the end of the period you have paid for, then closes, and you are not charged again. Until the end of the period you can change your mind from the same page.

Nothing is deleted when the account closes, so you can come back. Export everything from Admin, Export first if you want a copy, and ask us if you want your data deleted.
