Who writes the draft letters?
On Professional and Agency, an AI model drafts each letter from the complaint's facts in your firm's name and style, for your team to check, finish and send. Placeholders in square brackets show what to fill in.
Each plan includes a monthly AI allowance. If it is used up, letters are drafted from the plain templates instead until the 1st.
